What to do if there is ghosting or misalignment in XinFlying sublimation printer working?
In process of using XinFlying sublimation printer, it is a common fault that ghost images and text images are misaligned during printing. Today, XinFlying sublimation printer technology will share two techniques for easily solving printing ghost and misalignment failure.
1. Check whether encoder strip of XinFlying sublimation printer is same as that under normal working conditions, because encoder strip is key to positioning image, and there must be no dirt. Therefore, if there is dirt, it needs to be cleaned. Especially in daily use of Fedar sublimation printer, it is easy to be affected by dust and ink, which will affect use of encoder strip. Therefore, user can clean encoder strip and then perform printing test. If it is a problem with encoder strip, you can directly replace it with a new one to solve problem.
2. Check whether carriage of print head of XinFlying sublimation printer is not moving smoothly. Movement of XinFlying sublimation printer’s trolley is key to controlling print head to achieve precise positioning of inkjet. If there is too much resistance during movement, it will cause a stall or like. If print head is indiscriminately inkjet, printed image will appear disordered or ghosted. At this time, you need to check whether gaskets, copper sleeves, etc. of car have foreign objects or are severely worn. Remember to add some lubricant after cleaning. It can be solved satisfactorily.
